3. Products & Pricing

All Products listed on our Website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate; however, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on the Website are error-free.

All prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or systems error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an Order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any Order at our discretion.

An Order is confirmed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. Until that point, no binding contract exists between us.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security policies.

By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and are provided as a guide only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timeframes and conditions.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused Products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before shipping the item back.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.

This returns policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the ACL or any other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of MPIT PTY LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with purchasing Products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or the purchase of our Products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, to the extent permitted by law.
